Dong Quai

Today marks 4 days that I've been on Dong Quai. I was hoping that AF would be here by now but, she still has not arrived. I've been having the following symptoms:

• Cramping {off and on}
• Gassy
• Sore breasts
• Tender belly
• Lower back pain {off and on}
